Efter att Po utses till Fredens dals andliga ledare måste han hitta och träna en ny Drakkrigare, medan en ond häxa planerar att återkalla alla mästarskurkar som Po har förpassat till andevärlden.

Kalven Klara ser fram emot att fira sin första jul på Kråkholmen med sin pappa, men när de anländer till gården blir Klara besviken över att han inte har försökt dekorera inför helgerna.
